Nine weeks of funnel planning.
Each week starts with a motivational planning quote to get you moving in the right directions, followed by a quick view of this weeks agenda.
Next are the individual days to help you prioritize the workload. Starting with today’s Project Target items.
This is where you prioritize your task list, what needs to happen in each week. Keep in mind, that you may not accomplish all of them each day, but record them, so that you can move those tasks that aren’t completed to the next day.
Project Priorities. Focus on the top three items to complete.
Below is a snapshot of the Project schedule where you can list meetings, appointments and blocks of time for work. Cash IN and cash OUT. As with any project, the budget needs to be managed too.
And finally a weekly recap. Changes, addi-ons, revisions, new schedules. It is what you need it to be.
