Build once. Use forever.

Complete business systems for people who would rather build than guess.

Every edition is a full kit. Twelve modules of guides, templates, calendars, emails, client documents and AI prompts, built for one specific audience and ready the day you open it. No assembly. No blank pages.

You don't have a knowledge problem.

You know your work. You have done it for years. What you do not have is the twelve hours a week it takes to build the guides, write the emails, design the templates and plan the content that would let you sell that knowledge instead of trading hours for it.

That is a production problem, and production problems can be solved once.

Every Smart Hustle edition is the finished version of the work you keep meaning to start.

The Smart Hustle Guide to Digital Products

Module 00A · In every edition

137

A 137-page book that opens every kit in the series. Ten chapters on finding a problem worth solving, building the product, pricing it, launching it, and growing one product into a catalog. Seven appendices of checklists, planners, a prompt library and a thirty-day plan.

It is the thinking behind everything else in the series. Read it once and the rest of the kit stops being a folder of files and starts being a business model.

Included with every edition. Not sold separately.

Copy. Paste. Go.

Open the kit

Twelve numbered modules, in the same order in every edition. Start Here tells you what to do first.

Make it yours

Every file is editable. Change the name, the colors, the examples. The frameworks hold, the details become yours.

Post the content, send the emails, use the client documents. You are not building from scratch, you are editing something finished.

Put it to work

Twelve modules. Every edition. Same order.

Nothing here is a sample or a preview. Every module is complete when you open it.

The Foundation

The 137-page guide that explains the model the whole kit runs on.

Bonus

Your License

The extras that did not fit anywhere else and were too useful to cut.

Plain language on what you can do with all of it. Written for you, not for lawyers.

Twelve modules. One audience.
Nothing left for you to write from nothing.

One line.
Fifteen editions.

Same twelve modules every time. What changes is who the work is written for. Every guide, prompt and example is rewritten for that audience rather than relabeled.

Coach Edition

For coaches with a full client roster and no time to build the systems that would let them scale past it.

Law Edition

Solo and small-firm attorneys: family, estate, personal injury, small business

Author Edition

For authors who finished the book and now need the business around it.

Digital Products Edition

For creators selling what they know and ready to build a catalog rather than a one-off.

This is built for you if

  • You already know your work and are tired of selling it by the hour.

  • You have started building the guides and templates three times and finished none of them.

  • You would rather edit something finished than face a blank page.

  • You want to look established before you feel established.

You will get value from this

You will not

  • You are looking for passive income without doing any work.

  • You want something you can resell as is. The license does not allow it.

  • You have not decided who you help yet. Start there first.

What you can do with it

Edit anything. Rename anything. Put your own brand on all of it. Use it with your clients, in your business, for as long as you want.

THE LICENSE, IN PLAIN WORDS

The one limit: you cannot resell the kit itself. Everything you make with it is yours.

Why I built this

I am an engineer by training and an entrepreneur by instinct. Engineering teaches you to look at a bad result and ask what system produced it, not what tactic might fix it this week.

I kept meeting people who were excellent at their work and stuck at the same place, holding knowledge they could not package. So I stopped writing advice and started building the finished thing.

ABOUT

Jacqueline Gordon-Shim, PhD

Be first when your edition ships.

Tell me which edition you want and I will tell you when it is ready. No sequence, no daily email. One message when there is something to say.

Also planned: Realtor, Contractor, Trades, Consulting, Freelancer, Etsy Seller, Beauty, Health and Wellness, Fitness, Financial, Virtual Assistant, Nonprofit and Event Planner.

Editions ship in the order the audience is ready, not in the order they were dreamed up. The waitlist decides.

Questions

Is this the same content in every edition?

No. The twelve modules are the same structure every time, and the material inside them is rewritten for each audience. A coach and an Etsy seller do not need the same client documents or the same content calendar.

Do I need to be good with design software?

No. The files open in tools you already have. Where a design tool is involved you get your own editable copy, not a link to someone else’s account.

How much of this is AI-written?

The AI Playbook is prompts, and it says so. The guides are written and edited by a person. AI is used the way the Foundation book recommends using it, which is to remove slow work rather than to replace judgment.

Can I resell it?

Unfortunately, No. You can use everything in your own business and with your own clients, and anything you create using it belongs to you. The kit itself stays yours alone.

When does my edition come out?

The Coach Edition is finished. Five more have most of their material built. The waitlist tells me which to finish next, so joining it is the fastest way to move yours up.

What does it cost?

Pricing is set at launch for each edition. Waitlist members hear first and get the launch price before it moves.
